Here you can find information relating to education, health and social care services. You will also find details of support groups and activities for families.

The Short Breaks service provides activities for children and young people with disabilities. They support after-school clubs, evening and weekend activities and overnight stays.

The Local Offer gives information and advice to children and young people with SEND and their families.
