We use proactive activities to build confidence in children when faced with aggression. We explore a deeper understanding of triggers and how to develop self control. We use music, dance and more to bolster the self defence aspect of assertiveness.

We have experiance with a wide range of childhood issues and conditions and all are welcome. We do not just focus on victims but also perpetrators of aggression.
